CHANGES at WORK
Increasing the rate of success is important in Business. One of the consistent things in business is CHANGE. Studies revealed that when the process of change was applied on ongoing projects, the projects that embraced the new strategy attained better success than the previous one.
However, fear of change usually exists. It involves being worried of making new decisions and it takes risk to implement them. Change is a reminder that we need God to help us to get through whatever may come our way. It’s a reminder that we are not really in control of our lives and were vulnerable to the unexpected. Faith in God and godly mindset is needed to handle it.
I have read an acronym about CHANGES which will inspire us and encourage us to face each new day that God has given on our way.
The word CHANGES:
Thinking positively each day as a new day for God to bless us would inspire us to see Change, not just at work but in our everyday lives. So let the changes come. We will not walk in fear, but in faith! We will trust God with all the changes, and know that He is more than able to help us.
Also, when Change headed your way, below are important tips to remember:
1. Humble yourself and be flexible. When you open yourself up to flexibility, your days will run much smoother. Expand your horizons and learn new things simply by observing, listening, and practicing things. Do not be afraid to ask. The ability to learn is one of the best anecdotes to change.
2. Develop Meaningful Relationships Surround yourself with whom you considered friends, they will keep you going when difficult times exist. Create a value for people and equip each other to attain success.
3. Focus on the positive- focus on the good things. Think about the positive things you expect to accomplish during the day and always expect the best. Perform your work with Passion and enthusiasm.
Change is inevitable, and how you respond to change makes all the difference. But there is one thing that cannot be changed – GOD. In Malachi 3:6, God says, “For I am the Lord, I change not.” His Love for us is constant. “…for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee” (Hebrews 13:5, KJV).
Enjoy this new chapter of life and see what it is that God wants to do through you. Do not be afraid! Walk by faith. Changes can be our friend and We are partners on this journey!
